We cover undo everywhere, autosave with draft states, guarded destructive actions, resilient forms that never lose input, explainable errors that tell users what happened and what to do next, and recovery links that take people back to a safe point with one click.

We then move deeper into system aware product design. You will learn how to expose partial degradation instead of a blank spinner, how to design idempotent actions from the UI down so retries never double charge, how to surface long running work with receipts and progress that survive refresh, how to ship a rescue mode that disables risky integrations quickly, and how to write customer facing runbooks that support can use during incidents.
